Hey Brian I meant to ask, how do you get the audio on both sides of a phone convo? I tried speakerphone next to a mic but the quality is shit.

I take calls on the laptop and the audio out is fed into the mixer.

You can try to enable "stereo" in your record control panel, basicly what it does is that it records all the sounds from a computer with out a mic.
