I'm glad the Daily Mail actually published a piece of media (an image of the woman's letter) that contradicts the article's message.

By the looks of things, both parties hold some blame. The woman is an idiot and didn't go through the proper channels to sort this kid out; but likewise, if the child did have some sort of mental instability, then she should have been told about it.

Of course he had some anger issues. I watched some hour long thing on orphanages and homeless children in Russia A while back and they have it REALLY REALLY hard. Heres something like what i saw if anyone cares
