I'm thinking of making synopses like this for every show eventually, as when I look for episodes when I only remember specific parts, they're really hard to find, and the forum people are often slow-acting. I also enjoy Brian's taste in music, so cataloging the songs during the show can be helpful. It's also fun to find trivia from past shows. I was thinking of doing transcripts for the shows, so people can search for quotes, but that would take about 6 hours for every 2 hour show, and I'm doing this for free, so I just gave up after spending 20 minutes of about 5 minutes of show. Let me know if there's anything I missed, or anything that should be included.

::For new or unseasoned listeners
-Bathery Jones is the prophet of the Wreckless Media Radio religion "Batherys" (episode 136)
(Fluttershot is a being new to the lore, introduced in this episode)
-Greg, though not technically of the jewish faith, is part Armenian, and it is a recurring joke that he is very Jewy
Greg is normally one of the regular co-hosts.
He had been attending college to become a lawyer, but he earned a reputation for missing shows with vague excuses, like "homework" or generally being "busy"
This behaviour even earned him the name "The Missing"(episode 211)
-In episode 135, the three regular hosts (Brian, Bryan, Greg) "created" a character who is part Jesus and part velociraptor. They called it "Jesus Raptor" (with emphasis on the "TOR" of raptor)
Unbeknownst to them, this was already a rather popular internet meme at the time: Jesus with the head of a velociraptor, called "Raptor Jesus".
This is the prominent image in the album art.
-Michigan is notorious, due to its geographical location, for having bitter and snowy winters, and brutally hot and humid summers.
The show being recorded in Michigan, inclement weather affects the hosts in one way or another.
With the summer comes another phenomenon: the show will either be short and unbearable (due to host attitude or equipment overheating) and cringeworthy, or excellent and insane, with no middle ground. There is about a 70% chance for the former to occur.
Thus, it is rather significant that the studio has working air conditioning, this means (in theory) consistently long, entertaining shows.
For an example of how a show can affect the hosts, listen to the previous episode (231), before the studio got AC
-During a secret show (only available on VIP) and on episode 174, our heroes made two separate "death pools", where the hosts would guess the deaths of certain celebrities. Greg successfully predicted Leslie Neilsen's Death, and Bryan predicted Michael Jackson's death.
-Verne Troyer is the grotesque little man who is best known for playing Mini Me in the Austin Powers movies. During episode 120, WMR covered Troyer's sex tape, and Verne's alienesque figure and general creepiness planted the seeds of hate in Brian's soul.
