After reading this I started understanding what a trope is. I dig it.
We should probably also make a wiki. We've attempted making a wikipedia entry in the past but unfortunately a NLO listener that has a vendetta against us is a wikipedia editor and he keeps deleting it with an obviously biased comment.
But maybe we should create a wikia page. I really dig the detail that izzyb has been putting into the episode details. I'd like the wikia to be that in depth.
I still have the wiki that I made (Which got deleted) saved on my wiki account. Should I try to re-upload it or something? |

Well I don't think there are any noteworthy things that they've done with iTunes that I could mention. Like if they were on the front page of the iTunes podcast section or something, i could mention that, but they aren't. |

That's actually the very reason I first turned to TV Tropes instead of Wikipedia. Less effective, sure, but TV Tropes has quite a sizable community. Plus, what with all the tropes (I found a lot more that applied to the show than I first thought), you know exactly what you're getting into when you read the page. And yeah, let's try to get WMR back up on Wikipedia, or get that Wikia up or something. |

wikia thing is a good idea, cuz WMR has a shitload of history, and I for one love every bit of it. also it would be better for a prospective listener to see a nice, clean looking wiki than some random forum post if they looked up, say, "bathery jones" or "russian murderers". plus the users of the wiki could be a whole other community apart from the forums

That's why I thought the Wikia would be an amazing (although mammoth) idea: the show's huge history. It's also why I made the TV Tropes page in the first place. Plus, a Wikia is perfect for a show like Wreckless with tons of spin-off characters made up over the years. |

it doesnt matter how many sections you have what matters is the referals and if you have been published anywhere or not. ak get on the news or something or in a magazine or be referred on some other website then your own

Is WMR still on the front page of stickam when they're live? I have that in the first paragraph from when I last made this wiki, but I don't remember if they still are on the front page.

I'm not sure... they get a fuckton of viewers each show, so it's possible, but I don't know for sure myself. I'm pretty sure they have been a few times in the past though. |
