Back when I was around 15, I started to listen to WMR. It's helped me through depression, given me great live/sex advice, and given me some of my best internet friends that I could ever hope for. A lot of things I've gone through I've done with WMR - Birthdays, break ups, rough times with family, school changes and huge projects, and even my down time playing video games consumes me with WMR. Long trips demand listening to them in my iPod. I turned an adult with WMR, and I'll reach my 20's (hopefully) listening to them. I found my true music taste through Brian.

In short, my life has been affected majorly from them. Whether they care or not, I do. When they took a year hiatus it sucked. But here's to more prosperity and bigger, better, longer shows in the future.

This show has made me laugh uncontrollably so many times. I sometimes listen to half an episode to fall asleep after a hard day. I simply love these guys.

I'm not the only one who sometimes falls asleep to the show! Although I do worry it will badly influence my subconsious while I sleep.

I ALWAYS listen to the whole thing at full consciousness first. Then, usually a few days later, I set the sleep timer to an hour, put the earbuds in an hit play. You can't sleep when listening to a fresh episode. Crying yourself to sleep works, laughing doesn't!

Finding Wreckless Media led me to finding Red Bar, which in turn led me to finding David Angelo. Now I steal all of his puns and I am so goddamn cool.

this show actually affected my sense of humor alot. a couple of times it got me in a few interesting conversations, a couple of times it got me in some trouble. but whatever. sometimes i think i take it too far and don't stop in time. rape jokes aren't always welcome, i've come to find out. lol.
i do find myself stressing the wrong syllables in words like Brian, but it usually gets a laugh. all in all, this show has helped me through months of shit days at work, and I thank Wreckless for that.

During the show today, my boyfriend decided to give a listen after being offended in the past (which has spawned several WMR based discussions between us), and of course Brian had to be joking about 9/11 at the exact moment Stickam came up...

I think I may be loved a bit less now.

Sorry, the show "yesterday" technically. It was 1 AM Saturday morning where I am  when I posted that, hadn't slept, automatically still counting it as one day.
