So, did they ever give a clear answer as to why it stopped in the first place?
I skimmed here and there, and the problem seems to be that Mike was an ass to people in a professional environment? That's what I got out of it, anyway.
Someone give me the tl;dr version.

Also, why are there only 5 episodes up right now? Do they not keep all the episodes up for download all the time, or did they just get rid of the old episodes due to the HERP DERP DRAMA?

And Kyle stole a shit ton of Mike's accounts which is what he is fighting over now, so it may be a while before we see old episodes.

That was fucking insane. If anyone hasn't listened, it's on their itunes account. Go listen. Apparently Kyle had been plotting to take over the comedy club for months. They put spyware on mike's computer to get his passwords, and possibly record his computer webcam for four months. Kyle even called Mike's parents crying, saying that mike was addicted to drugs and that they shouldn't listen to anything Mike says. Mike even has a box of evidence with him filled with papers and files to prove everything he says. It was really awesome, I'm about to re-listen since I listened live and missed some parts. I'm curious enough to know what Fritz did, then.
