Apparently the video was uploaded by the daughter herself. She has ataxic cerebral palsy from birth and was downloading video games and music off of the internet, something that everyone nowadays participates in. Her father found out and beats her savagely with a belt.

I've seen some shit on the internet, but it's really hard for me to watch this mental and physical abuse. It makes me want to beat the shit out of that dad. I don't think downloading content that was not available for legal purchase warrants a beating at all. JUST TAKE AWAY THE GOD DAMN COMPUTER.

Texas law is saying that it is having a hard time prosecuting this, btw.

Ok, so harming your living, breathing child is acceptable, but letting a woman chose what she does with her freedom of her body and abort a baby that might live SOMEDAY is not.
