Yes for right now, the bill will not pass. The real problem with this is that it doesn't stop here, if you think a bill like this next year under a different name won't be back, think again. People need to start paying attention to their governments a little bit closer so things don't get this out of hand and we have to make a big uproar at the last minute.

Unfortunately I do realize that people will not start caring and this is how things will probably always be. It's just sad cause it doesn't have to be this way, but people are too lazy or just don't care because of retarded things like Jersey Shore.
