They did say it was bad enough that they couldn't bring it up, although that could just be due to the lawsuits. Although, the way they reacted also means that it isn't something they could bring up on the show anyway. Greg even said that it should never have been brought up again, which means (and I don't have VIP so I'm guessing here) it couldn't be the time they broke open the vending machine or anything else illegal/whatever that is on VIP. It couldn't be Greg's embezzlement or whatever Brian did at the pharmacy.
To be honest, I agree with Hasher and Miles - this is most likely a murder.

They did say it was bad enough that they couldn't bring it up, although that could just be due to the lawsuits. If it was a murder, it would be a drunken hit-and-run that they all participated in but were never connected to in the investigation. I don't think they'd murder intentionally. If whatever is on the last page somehow prevents them from ever doing this podcast again, I hope to never find out what they did.
