its based on what happened to them one night. the part when hes singing about fish and chips (chips are fries by the way) *an american couple didn't know what "chips" were so they were standing in line for ages asking how much the fish was , what were chips , did the fish have chips ect; i dont know why but thats why they wrote the song , its all very random  although ever since i heard it , its been stuch in my head and i find myself walking down streets , singing it to myself in my head  |

Really catchy tune. I like it. Those must have been a couple of real dummies, every restaurant in the States serves Fish and Chips, you would have to be a total retard not to know what chips are. Every Friday we have fish and chips at home.
