Greg, if you need to take a leave of absence for rehab, do it. Alcoholism is serious. Remember, it's not your fault.
I watched a few minutes live, thought it was the old studio with the dark stuff removed because the window is at the same position as in the old house. :-)
You notice quite a lot of reverb (empty room) and bleed through other mics. I'd recommend putting up minimal sound proofing. Pyramid foam is overkill, just cover 2 adjacent walls with this stuff. No need to glue it to the walls, thumbtacks work nicely too.
http://www.thomann.de/gb/takustik_noppenschaumstoff.htmThat's what I got at home and it also looks pretty cool, especially with colored lighting (I use energy saving bulbs and rolled up spotlight coloring foil). Just don't use regular (incadescent, i.e. hot) bulbs because the foam might melt or burn eventually...

Furniture helps a lot to kill reverb, too (avoid glass surfaces if possible), a place for keeping alcohol and smokes might be an idea. Bigger desk would help reducing bleed throught the mics, but would also kill the mood of the show... you need to be in booger range of Greg and the co-hosts need to be close together so they can fight :-)
You could put one of those on each of the co-host mics:
